Yesterday there was a golf match at Red Lion. Tanner Sadowski got a 97, Braydon Clancy got a 93, Nick Rizzuto got a 105, Andy Srebroski got a 109, Jacob Garland got a 116, and Grant Coombes got a 127.
There was also a field hockey game against Central and our girls unfortunately lost 0-8.
The Bobcat Tennis Team took on a very good Suburban team last night as well. The girls battled long and hard and took them down with a very impressive 5-0 score as they won every close match.
Courtnee Hoff played her best match of the season as she won over her favored opponent with a 7-5; 6-2 victory.
Second singles, Jillian Laughman needed three tough sets before coming out on top of Suburban's very good adversary as she finished her off 6-2 in the third set.
Brynn MacDonald continued her winning ways with a straight set win of a 6-2; 6-1 score and never let her opponent into the match.
The first doubles team of Madison Laughman and Jiselle Castano had an incredibly close match as they split sets and hung on to win the third set tiebreaker 7-6; 7-5.
Aubrey Shaffer and Taylor Forry continued to win as they won the second doubles match 6-2; 6-2 as they finished off Suburban.
Several other Bobcat players had excellent matches as well. Lael Marshall, Katie Harrison, Emily Dellinger, Laura Shearer, Abby Gerber, Olivia Reik and Amy Rizzo all had good efforts as they continue to improve every match.
The team will travel to Springettsbury to take on York Catholic today in their search for another win.
There is also a golf match against the York County School of Technology this afternoon.
Both boys and girls soccer have games as well. They both will face New Oxford teams.
