The Bobcat Tennis Team had an excellent effort in a 4-1 loss against a very good Dallastown squad last night on the Cats courts.
Courtnee Hoff battled hard at first singles against one of the league's top players before losing in a good match.
A very competitive contest took place at second singles with Jillian Laughman as she also faced a strong opponent in a close loss.
Brynn MacDonald picked up the Cat's point at third singles as she won with a 6-1; 7-5 score as she played very well.
The doubles teams of Madison Laughman and Jiselle Castano along with Aubrey Shaffer and Taylor Forry played very well in losses against Dallastown as they continue to improve every match.
Additional wins were posted by Laiba Khan and Amy Rizzo in doubles as well as by Alyssa Harrison and Katie Harrison in their doubles match.
Strong efforts and continuous improvement has been shown by some of NE's new players Emily Dellinger, Abby Gerber, Olivia Riek and Laura Shearer in their doubles.

The team travels to Spring Grove this Wednesday as they will look to notch their second win in the young season.
Today the field hockey team plays at East Pennsboro.
The boys soccer team also plays today. They are facing Middletown.
