Devin Seiger placed first in the local VFW Post Voice of Democracy contest and placed 3rd in the District 21 contest which makes up York, Adams and Franklin Counties. Devin had to write a 3-5 minute speech/essay using the theme 'My Responsibility to America" He was awarded $500 for first in the local post and $300 in the district competition.
