Yesterday, The Lady Bobcat Tennis Team hit another win as they took down a very good Southwestern Team by a 3-2 score. This was the first time Northeastern had beaten Southwestern and it gave the Cats their ninth win for the season with one more match to go.
Courtnee Hoff battled hard at first singles against one of the best players in the league and came up short in her match.
At third singles, Brynn MacDonald also had a challenging match as she split sets and then lost in a third set tie-breaker.
Second singles, sophomore, Jillian Laughman continued to win by a 6-0; 6-3 score.
The first doubles team of Addonya Onwukonjo and Aubrey Shaffer continued to win as they hammered out an impressive 6-3; 6-4 victory.
The third and clinching point came from the second doubles team of Madison Laughman and Freshman, Jiselle Castano with a 6-4; 6-0 score.
Additional wins were posted by Alyssa and Katie Harrison, Jillian Laughman and Jiselle Castano and Isha Patel and Taylor Forry in their doubles matches.
Overall, it was the team's biggest win ever and they are looking forward to their final match today against West York.
The team appreciates the excellent fan support it received from a number of fans that attended the match.
The field hockey team tied their game against West York last night 0-0 in overtime! It was a super intense game for the team. Keep playing hard!
Today the boys soccer team has a home game vs Conestoga Valley! Kick off is at 6 for JV and Varsity is at 7:30. Good luck guys!
The girls volleyball is also home tonight. They have a match against William Penn at 7o’clock.
Attention wrestlers: open gyms will be held for anyone who wants to join the wrestling team from 5:30-7:30 every Thursday. Bring sneakers to work out in, and bring your wrestling shoes as well. Also, if you’re interested in being a manager you can contact Coach Wilson or Marco Marinez.

The girls soccer team won their game yesterday afternoon against Red Lion! The girls came out with a 3-0 victory. Great job!
The boys team beat Red Lion as well in an intense game. The game resulted in a 2-0 win.
The field hockey team lost yesterday in their game vs Susquehannock.
The varsity girls volleyball team lost against eastern last night, but the JV team managed to come out with a win!
Today the tennis team is home against Southwestern at 4pm! Good luck girls!
And the field hockey team will be home for a game against West York today. Varsity starts at 7pm so come out and support!
Shout out to DJ halminton for winning athlete of the week! He has been a prominent offensive player for the boys soccer team. Great job and congrats DJ!

The Lady Bobcat Tennis Team took on a very strong New Oxford squad and came out on the short end with a loss.
​The three singles players of Courtnee Hoff, Jillian Laughman and Brynn MacDonald all gave it their best but were not able to post a win.

The doubles teams of Addonya Onwukonjo, Aubrey Shaffer, Madison Laughman and Jiselle Castano also played well and were unable to convert a victory.
The team did have some success in the exhibition matches as Amy Rizzo teamed up with Taylor Forry, Isha Patel with Katie Harrison and Madison Laughman with Jiselle Castano and all three teams picked up a doubles win.
The team's next match will be this Wednesday at home against Southwestern.
Come out and see the tennis team shoot for their ninth win.

Both JV and varsity girls volleyball team won their games last night against Red Land! The JV girls won 3-2 sets and varsity won 4-3 sets. Great job girls!
Today the girls soccer team has a game right after school at 4pm here at home! They play Red Lion, so it should be a good game! Come out to support the team!
Following the girls game, the boys soccer team will have games against Red Lion as well. JV starts at 6 and varsity starts at 7:30. Stay after school today to watch an evening full of some great soccer!
The cross country team has a meet at Delone Catholic. Good luck to both the boys and girls cross country teams!
The field hockey team is also competing tonight. They have an away game at Susquehannock high school at 4:15.
And lastly, the girls volleyball team has an away match against Eastern at 7pm.

On Friday evening the field hockey team played Southwestern and fell 1-0.
The football team played Central last Friday and fell 36-7. Hopefully the loss gets the team even more ready to go for the upcoming game this Friday!
The boys soccer team had an early morning away game on Saturday against Governor Mifflin, but unfortunately lost 6-2.
On Saturday the field hockey team played in a tournament. They played Shippensburg and lost 2-1 in a close game, and they also played Northern Lebanon and fell 3-0 but put forth great effort!
Also on Saturday, the girls volleyball team played in a tournament at Cumberland Valley. They played in some very close games and sets but fell short in the silver bracket.
This afternoon the girls tennis team has a match against New Oxford at 4pm! Good luck, keep up your winning streak!
The girls varsity volleyball team has a match against Red Land. The game is here at home at 7pm!

The girls soccer team had another double over-time game yesterday. The team tied Spring Grove 1-1.
The boys team won over Spring Grove 5-3! Great job guys!
And the girls volleyball team lost a super close game yesterday 3-2 against Kennard-Dale. Keep playing hard!
On the schedule for this evening, the girls field hockey team has a home game tonight at 7:15 against South Western.
The football team has an away game tonight at Central! Kick off is at 7pm. Central isn’t too far away so make sure there is a lot of northeastern fans filling the stands! Wear your black tonight in the Cat Den, and be ready to be loud!

The Lady Bobcat Tennis Team picked up their 8th win with only two losses as they took down Red Lion 4-1. This is one more win than what the team posted last season with three more matches to play as they look to add to their win totals.
Courtnee Hoff played one of her best matches ever as she lost to a very good opponent but not without giving her a very competitive match.
Second singles, Jillian Laughman continued to win another match with a 6-4; 6-2 win.
Undefeated Brynn MacDonald moved her record to 8 and 0 with a shutout over her opponent 6-0; 6-0.
Addonya Onwukonjo and Aubrey Shaffer worked well together as they carved out a 6-0; 6-1 win.
The second doubles team of Madison Laughman and Jiselle Castano continue to impress as they came out with a 6-4; 6-2 victory.
Additional wins were added by a number of Bobcat ladies.
Isha Patel and Katie Harrison won two doubles matches as well as Amy Rizzo and Taylor Forry against their opponents.
Jaselle Castano picked up a singles win with a 6-0 score.
Additional doubles wins were recorded by Brynn MacDonald, Addonya Onwukonjo, Aubrey Shaffer and Madison Laughman.
Overall, it was a strong day for the Bobcat Tennis Team.
Their next match will be at New Oxford on Monday in what should be an excellent contest.
The team appreciated the good fan support they received in the match last evening.

Girls tennis results vs Red Lion
The field hockey team won their game against Dover yesterday 3-1! Ayssa Drake had two goals in the game yesterday, her first goal being assisted by a great play by Laney Seifert. Shannon Kelly also scored a goal to add to the team’s lead! Congrats girls and great job!
The golf team has a match today against Spring Grove today at 1:30! Good luck golfers!
The girls soccer team has an away game scheduled against Spring Grove this afternoon. Kick off is at 4pm!
While the girls are away, the boys soccer team is home tonight at 7:30 against Spring Grove as well!
And the girls volleyball team is taking a hike to Kennard-Dale High school this evening for their match at 7pm,

The Lady Bobcat Tennis team posted win number seven with a 3-2 victory over Dover.
At first singles, Courtnee Hoff's match went over two hours as she took on a very good opponent and narrowly lost in a third set tiebreaker.
Jillian Laughman also battled in a very long match against an experienced senior from Dover as she played well but came up short at second singles.
Brynn MacDonald moved her record to 7 and 0 at third singles with a 6-0; 6-2 victory.
The first doubles team of Addonya Onwukonjo and Aubrey Shaffer continued their winning ways as they won 6-1; 6-2.
The second doubles team of Madison Laughman and Jiselle Castano put together two strong sets as they won 6-0; 6-2.
An additional doubles win was posted by Isha Patel and Katie Harrison with a 6-3 score.
Overall, the entire team turned in a good effort.
The Cross Country team had their last home meet of the season last night. The teams raced against Biglerville and Susquehannock. Noah Hake came in first place in the boys race and Maddie Warrendar came in first in the girls race! The boys team is now 7 and 3 and the girls team is 8 and 2.  The team also celebrated their senior night! Congratulations to the following seniors: Maddie Warrender, Noah Dekker, Ben Kelly, Noah Hake, and DJ Haas. Special shout-out to Maddie Warrender, she will be attending the Naval Academy to further her academic and also her athletic career in Cross Country and Track!
The girls soccer game last night was intense! The team played Southwestern here at home. It was tied 0-0 until the last 8 minutes when a player from the opposing team scored, but our girls responded right away and put a goal in to tie the game within the next two minutes! The game went into double overtime, but still resulted in a 1-1 tie. Great effort girls!
The boys soccer team also played Southwestern yesterday evening and lost 1-0 in a close game.
The girls volleyball team fell to West York in their home game last night. Keep up the good effort girls!
The girls tennis team has yet another match today! They will be playing Red Lion here at our home courts at 4pm.
The varsity field hockey team will be playing away at Dover, with their game starting at 4:15. Good luck girls!

The Lady Bobcat Tennis Team took on league and district power, Dallastown yesterday, battled hard and had an excellent effort overall.
It was the first time the Bobcats were not shutout by Dallastown as they lost 4-1 but not before giving their all in this match.
Playing well in losses were Courtnee Hoff, Jillian Laughman in singles and Addonya Onwukonjo, Aubrey Shaffer, Madison Laughman and Jiselle Castano in doubles.
The match of the day came from third single's player, Brynn MacDonald who lost the first set, 6-2, won the second set, 6-4 and clinched the match in a third set tiebreaker 10-8.
Additional wins were posted by the doubles team of Isha Patel and Katie Harrison. Taylor Forry and Amy Rizzo played well in their doubles match as well as Alyssa Harrison in her singles.
The girls volleyball team took on Spring Grove last night, playing their best match of the year! It was a neck and neck fight but the girls fell in the last and lost 3-1.
The tennis team will be home this afternoon against Dover! Best of luck in your match today! Come out at 4pm to support.
The Cross country team will have a race at home today. Good Luck to all the runners.
The Girls soccer team is home tonight at 7:30 against Southwestern, and the boys team will be away against Southwestern tonight at 7:30 as well! Hopefully both teams can pull away with the win.
The girls volleyball team has another match tonight. They will be home playing at 7 against West York!

Friday afternoon the girls soccer team faced Red Lion. The team took their first loss in the league through a tough game.
Also on Friday, the field hockey team traveled to West York. They lost 1-0 in a close game!
And as many of you know, at the football game Friday night our bobcats took another win over Solanco! The guys won 21-7 and are looking great out there!
On Saturday the JV girls volleyball team was at York Suburban for a tournament! The team came in 4th place overall.
Bright and early on Saturday morning the girls soccer team faced Central. The team unfortunately took their second loss. Camyrn Kurilla has a great PK goal to give our girls a goal during the game!
Saturday evening the boys soccer team also played Central. It was a tight and competitive game that was tied 0-0 until the last 5 minutes. Central snuck a goal in and took the win 1-0. The guys made an outstanding performance though and did not give the game to them easily!
Today the varsity girls tennis team has a match at Dallastown @ 4 o’clock. Keep up your winning ways!
And the Girls volleyball team will be playing Spring Grove tonight away @ 7:00. Good luck!

The Bobcat Ladies Tennis Team won their 6th match against only one loss for the season with a 5-0 shutout over York Catholic. This was the team's fourth shutout overall combined with two 4-1 wins in their other matches.
Courtnee Hoff hammered out a very solid 6-1; 6-0 win over her opponent at first singles.
Second singles, sophomore, Jillian Laughman, showed her variety of skills as she won 6-4; 6-2 and gets better every match.
Undefeated Brynn MacDonald took down her adversary at third singles with a 6-0; 6-1 victory.
The first doubles team of Addonya Onwukonjo and Aubrey Shaffer hit strong volleys and groundstrokes and prevailed 6-1; 6-2.
Madison Laughman and Isha Patel won their first set easily 6-1 but had to battle hard to close out their win with a 7-6 tiebreaker score.
Additional wins were posted in singles by freshman phenom Jiselle Castano, doubles wins with Taylor Forry and Amy Rizzo along with another double victory for Alyssa and Katie Harrison.
Overall, it was another great day for the Bobcat Ladies.
Golf team won their match yesterday against Red Lion! Congrats golfers!
The boys soccer team won their game last night against New Oxford 3-1! Great job guys!
The girls soccer team also won their game last night! They beat New Oxford 4-1.
The girls volleyball team lost to Gettysburg last night in some close sets. Keep playing hard!
Today the girls soccer team will be playing Red Lion AWAY at 4pm! This should be a very physical and competitive game, so come out to support if you can!
The field hockey team is away at West York today. The girl’s game will start at 4:15.
Our varsity football team will be home tonight against Solanco High School! Be at the stadium by 7pm for the kick off!
