Good Morning Northeastern!
The Bobcat Tennis Team entered the County doubles tournament with four teams and three out of the four won their first round match.
Haydne Golden and Ryan McElwain won in straight sets over New Oxford before dropping a hard fought match to a very good Dallastown team.
Matt Murry and Tony Damian defeated Central in the first round and came very close to pulling off a huge upset against Dallastown before dropping a close three set match to Dallastown.
Lance Fries and Josh Sanderson defeated a team from Suburban in straight sets before taking on Dallastown. In a hard fought three set battle, the Bobcat duo took down Dallastown 6-4; 4-6, 6-2 to move into today's semifinals against another Dallastown team.
The Cats have had a very successful run in the county singles and doubles tournament and are getting prepared for next week's team districts against York Suburban in what will be a good match.

Yesterday the softball team played Spring Grove an lost 3-6.
The baseball team also played Spring Grove and won on their senior night in a nail biting 10-9

Tonight there is a track meet at Southwestern at 3:45.
There is also a boys volleyball game away at Eastern at 7.

Good Morning Northeastern!
Last Thursday there was a softball game against Hershey and the girls won 5-1.
There was also a baseball game against Red Land and the team lost 1-11
The boys volleyball team faced Cumberland Valley and they unfortunately lost 0-3.

The Bobcat Tennis team ran their record to 13 and 1 and picked up their 9th shutout of the season with a 5-0 win over Northern this past Thursday.
Josh Sanderson continues to play solid tennis at first singles with 6-2; 6-4 win.
Second singles Lance Fries scored a perfect 6-0; 6-0 shutout in his match.
Tony Damian played one of his best matches while working his opponent all over the court 6-0; 6-0.
The doubles team of Haydne Golden and Ryan McElwain played well as they straight setted their opponents, 6-4; 6-1.
Sam Sidle and Erick Sowers worked on a good victory as they came out on top, 6-4; 6-2 at second doubles.
Additional wins were picked up by Seth Sidle, Evan Gibbs, Trenton Clouser, Carter Crebs, Joe Weihbrecht, Daniel Mohney, Sam Gatchell, Josh Taylor, Matt Murry and Brandon Shirk to cap off a successful day.
The team will travel to Susquehannock today for their final duel match of the season and will start the county singles this Thursday.

The softball team plays Dover tonight here at 4:15.
The baseball team also plays Dover here at 4:15.

Good Morning Northeastern!
Yesterday the baseball team played York Suburban and…
There was also a track meet and against Dallastown and...
The boys volleyball team played Spring Grove and…

The Bobcat Tennis team picked up their 12th win  as they thoroughly dominated a good New Oxford team, 4-1.
Josh Sanderson took on one of the leagues best players and had a very close 7-6 (7-3); 7-5 loss while playing very well!
Second singles, Lance Fries hammered his way to a 6-0; 6-2 win with a variety of great shots.
Tony Damian continues to get better every match at third singles as he won, 6-3; 6-2.
The first doubles team of Haydne Golden and Ryan McElwain controlled their match from the beginning as they won 6-0; 6-3.
Sam Sidle and Erick Sowers were very solid in their 6-1; 6-1 victory at second doubles.
Additional wins on this very good day were picked up by Seth Sidle, Evan Gibbs, Trenton Clouser, Carter Crebs, Joe Weihbrecht, Daniel Mohney, Sam Gatchell, Josh Taylor, Matt Murry, Brandon Shirk and Ethan Godchell. The future of Bobcat Tennis looks very good!
The team has now hit an all-time high with their 12 wins, a solid second place in the York Adams league and number three in the districts out of 44 teams. With continued good play, they are on target to push their record to 14-3.
A big thank you to all the people who attended the final home match of the season and there will be many more upcoming competitions that the team is looking forward to.

The baseball team also has an away game against Susquehannock at 4:15.

Good Morning Northeastern!
Yesterday, the softball team faced York Suburban and they destroyed the trojans 10-0 ending the game with a  mercy rule.

The Bobcat took down a team they had never beaten before with a 5-0 victory over a strong Red Lion team and ran their record to 11 and 1.
Josh Sanderson had an incredibly solid match along with a 6-2; 6-2 win over a very good Red Lion opponent at first singles.
Number two singles, Lance Fries had a competitive straight set win as he came out on top 6-4; 6-4.
The longest match of the evening was Tony Damian's as his first set alone went almost two hours as he prevailed 7-6 (7-5); 6-3 in a marathon event.
The first doubles team of Haydyn Golden and Ryan McElwain battled hard, won the first set 6-3, went down 0-4 in the second set before storming back to win 6-4.
Sam Sidle and Erick Sowers continue to play extremely well as they were also pushed hard by the Lions and came out on top 6-4; 7-6 (7-5) in their match.
Additional wins were put up by Seth Sidle, Evan Gibbs, Trenton Clouser, Carter Crebs, Joe Weihbrecht, Daniel Mohney, Josh Taylor, Sam Gatchell, Matt Murry, Blake Lemelman and Holt Dallam.
Overall, it was a monster win for the Bobcats with their first time win against a team that shutout our group of seniors when they were freshmen.
The team will be involved in another big match on the Bobcats courts today against New Oxford at 4:00..

There is a track meet at Dallastown at 6.
There is also a boys volleyball game against Spring Grove here at 7.

Good Morning Northeastern!
On Friday, the softball team played Dallastown and defeated the bulldogs 8-7
The baseball team also played Dallastown and unfortunately lost.
Nice job to both teams.

The Bobcat Tennis team picked up two more wins this past Friday and Saturday with a pair of 5-0 victories over Delone and Bermudian.
Josh Sanderson played incredible tennis as he avenged a very one-sided loss to his Delone opponent from last year with a 7-6 (7-3), 6-3 victory. He then came back for another win over Bermudian 6-2; 6-1 to cap off a great two days.
Lance Fries continues to play at a very high level as he swept both Delone and Bermudian as he and only gave up a two games overall in his matches.
Third singles, Tony Damian straight setted both his opponents with continued excellent level play in his matches.
The cobra brothers of Haydne Golden and Ryan McElwain continue to dominate in their doubles matches with solid play and a pair of straight set victories.
The mongoose manglers of Sam Sidle and Erick Sowers also won both of their matches in a convincing fashion and get better every time they go out on the court.
Additional wins at Bermudian were scored by Seth Sidle, Evan Gibbs, Trenton Clouser, Carter Crebs, Joe Weihbrecht, Daniel Mohney, Josh Sanderson, Sam Gatchell, Blake Lemelman and Ethan Godchell.
The team moved their record to 10-1 overall with four matches to go.
The team will travel to Red Lion today for another big match that will start at 6:30.

There is also a softball game tonight against York Suburban here at 4:15.
The baseball team also plays York Suburban here at 4:15.

Good Morning Northeastern!
Yesterday there was a track meet against Red Lion and…

Coach Stacey Sidle came in to lead the team yesterday as she remained undefeated as a Bobcat Coach! Although she stepped in at the start of the match, she responded like a champion in her coaching efforts!
The Bobcat Tennis Team rested their top four players against Spring Grove and still managed to win the match, 4-1. This moved their record to 8 and 1 for the season.
First singles, Sam Sidle played a competitive match as he won in straight sets.
Ryan McElwain battled hard in his match and came out on top, 6-2; 6-2 at second singles.
Third singles, Erick Sowers had the most exciting match as he fought off at least 8 match points against him before a very close 14-12 tiebreak loss after splitting the first two sets.
Seth Sidle and Evan Gibbs totally crushed their opponents 6-0; 6-0 at first doubles and played extremely well.
Trenton Clouser and Carter Crebs put on a solid performance as they won, 6-0; 6-1 at second doubles.
The Cats had several other good wins as well with the following players, Joe Weihbrecht, Daniel Mohney, Josh Taylor, Sam Gatchell, Brandon Shirk and Holt Dellam.
The team travels to Delone today for their fourth competition of the week

There is also a softball game today here against Dallastown at 4:15.
The baseball team plays Dallastown as well here at 4:15.

Good Morning Northeastern!
Last night the softball team played Red Lion and our girls blew them away, with a final score of 13-3. Way to crush them ladies!
The baseball team also played Red Lion yesterday and our boys lost 8-1.Good effort boys!
Tonight there is a track meet against Red Lion away at 3:45.
There is also a boys tennis match against Spring Grove here at 4.

Good Morning Northeastern!
Yesterday the boys volleyball team play Suburban and the boys pulled a win with a score of 3-1.

The Bobcat Tennis team picked up their fifth shutout in six matches by a 5-0 score over Central along with a very successful senior night. The Cats appreciated the excellent fan turnout by parents, students, administration and teachers.
Number one singles, Josh Sanderson played a great match as he won, 6-3; 6-1.
Lance Fries continues to win as he came out on top, 6-0; 6-2.
Third singles, Tony Damian played solid overall as he won 6-1; 6-1.
The doubles team of the Cobra brothers, Ryan McElwain and Haydne Golden struck often as they won 6-1; 6-1.
Sam Sidle and Erick Sowers continued their winning ways with a 6-1; 6-3 triumph at second doubles.
The entire team had a good day with more wins coming from Evan Gibbs, Seth Sidle, Trenton Clouser, Carter Crebs, Joey Weihbrecht, Daniel Mohney, Sam Gatchell, Brandon Shirk, Josh Taylor and Ethan Godchell.
Great job to both teams!

Today there is a softball game here against Red Lion at 4:15.

Good Morning Northeastern!
Yesterday the softball team faced Southwestern and our girls won with a score of 10-7
The baseball team also played Southwestern and our boys pulled ahead with a score of 4-3.

The Bobcat Tennis team had a very solid top to bottom victory yesterday as they crushed the Mustangs of Southwestern, 5-0.
First singles, Josh Sanderson carved out an impressive 6-2; 6-0 win.
Lance Fries keeps the wins rolling as he came out on top in his match, 6-3; 6-2.
Third singles, Tony Damian only gave up two games as he won 6-0; 6-2.
The Cobra brothers of Ryan McElwain and Hayne Golden struck early and often, used their skills and quickness as they shutout their opponents 6-0; 6-0.
The second doubles team of Sam Sidle and Erick Sowers won handily, 6-1; 6-3 in their match.
Additional wins were posted by the following Bobcat players Matt Murry, Brandon Shirk, Josh Taylor, Sam Gatchell, Joe Weihbrecht, Daniel Mohney, Trenton Clouser, Carter Crebs, Ethan Godchell, Blake Lemelman and Holt Dellam.
The team will host Central today for senior night on the Bobcats courts. Come out and watch a hardworking and exciting team this afternoon!

There is also a boys volleyball game tonight away at Suburban at 7.
