Yesterday the softball game was postponed until Friday, the 10th.
The baseball team played against Red Lion yesterday, and lost 06-10.
The Bobcat Tennis team played extremely well as they defeated a very good York Suburban team yesterday by a 3 to 1 margin at Racket Club West in Lancaster.
Josh Sanderson played an excellent match against a very good opponent but came out on the short end.
Second singles, Lance Fries continues to win matches as hammered his way to a 6-1; 6-0 triumph.
Tony Damian lost his first set but was on the verge of evening his second when the Bobcats picked up the clinching third point that stopped the overall competition.
The first doubles team of the cobra brothers, Ryan McElwain and Haydne Golden lived up to their reputation as they totally dominated their opponents, 6-1; 6-0.
Sam Sidle and Erick Sowers clinched the third and final point with an 0-6; 6-3; 6-1 win as they settled down and played a strong second and third set.
Overall, the team did a good job in winning their first District match ever and will face a good Hershey team today at Racket Club West.
Tonight the softball team has a game here at 4:15 against Lampeter Strasburg.
The boys volleyball team also plays tonight. They have a game away at Central at 7.
